this is a problem with the ps store, i get this error on my vita which doesn't even have HENkaku. It'll get resolved by itself. This always happens to me at least once a month ,so annoying. But when i use my phone as a hotspot and connect my vita to that, it works fine.

Is anyone working on a downgrader? is it even possible?
