just want to update this situation when I downgrade(modoru) from 3.68 to 3.60 the docomo bubble is back again. then when I update it to 3.65 the docomo bubble is gone again. is sony remove docomo feature on 3gjp ps vita in fw higher than 3.63? i can't tell casue I don't live in japan. one more thing...

I have ps vita 3g japan. I just decide to update from 3.60 to 3.68 today. after update my docomo bubble is gone. since h-encore, some apps allow you to see percentage of battery.
today after full charge my vita cannot get higher than 84%, it seems like that's the full capacity of battery.
and now it cannot get higher than 83%. what happen?

it's all depends on the firmware, not the model. if it's really brand new "never been opened" it will have lower firmware than 3.60. first to do is to update the firmware to 3.60 (please search how to) since henkaku only works on 3.60 if it's already on 3.60 then you can install henkaku.
