the vpk is a hexed version of the normal vita ftp client

the main program is written in game maker 8.1 and mostly exists to put together a batch file and run it to run another ftp program

it sends an extracted zip (pkgs) to ux0:/bgdl/t and has nothing to do with actual pkg files

I appreciate you checking for the source, but we don't have an OpenGL implementation available right now, iirc. If people showed interest in porting PPSSPP to HENkaku, someone might port it. Someone has already started a thread over at that forum. I think it could emulate the PSP better than the default ePSP. There is no way it'd be worth it. The only features that are nice to have that are realistic to have...
