Popsdeco's v4d and is exclusively for 6.39 PRO/ME and fixes the 3.72 issue. Really? then v4e is useless thing bah... anyway Popsloader PRO/ME mod v4d+ support 6.60 fully. no idk, sorry.. should have added a question mark after that. Popsdeco's v4d and is exclusively for 6.39 PRO/ME and fixes the 3.72 issue. The official v3 release by VF uses popsdeco's fix and works with 6.39 and 6.60 firmwares? Also is the new v4e compatible with both 6.39 and 6.60 cfws?

I have this exact same problem.. I've tried using ID Storage, and changing the PSP's mac address manually with a hex editor. When you flash your PSP it will always reset to the original mac, so maybe it's pointless. And it's not the account that's locked, it's something to do with the PSP (as wololo...

NOTE I have posted this exact tutorial in another "famous" forum as L3onardo07. Just to clarify, I'm not the kind that copies and pastes other ppls work/tutorials. This plugin has been availabe in english for quite a while now. The reason nobody knows is because ppl in charge of sharing it in forum...

Thanks for the updates pspdeco. v4 so far is working great for me on PRO, but like you said... not working fully on ME.
