Actually the PPSSPP emulater lets you render PSP games at 1080p, and most of them look great.

I do, however, I was wondering if its possible to fix the issue where it does not play AAC audio. I also have WMA files that it does not play.

Whenever I try to play AAC encoded audio(such as music downloaded from iTunes), the system crashes with error code C2-12828-1. I have to force restart my vita in order for anything to work again. Is this just me or is there a solution to fix this?

Yes this happens with me to. Whenever I try to play a WMA or M4A file, I get the same error you listed. MP3 files work fine though.

Are you talking about the VSH menu? If you set the setting in the recovery menu to show the menu, then when you are in the XMB and you press the SELECT button a menu will come up that allows you to change some settings.
