Re: [RELEASE] vitaHexenII - Hexen II port for PSVITA

1) capitals shouldn't matter but i'm not 100% sure. 2) The numbering scheme is correct. 3) Tracks must be 02, 03, 04 not 002, 003, 004. You can also check if the game is correctly trying to load such files (will list only mid files) in the log file created at ux0:/data/Hexen II/log.txt (forgot to r...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaHexenII - Hexen II port for PSVITA

Yeah, checked the log, it's looking for the files. Will try renaming them to all lower case. Checked the Quake port and everything works fine there. I wonder what's causing the faster strafing. Also, does the port store button config in another file? I've yet to get it to save the button config so t...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaHexenII - Hexen II port for PSVITA

Awesome, one of my favourite games! Tried it, works pretty well, at PSP resolution slows down very occasionally, mostly very fluid. Crashed once, but it was most likely random, since it was while running through a portal I passed through several times already. Didn't manage to get the soundtrack wor...

Re: [RELEASE] vitaQuake - Quake porting for PSVITA

I'm working on a lot of ports atm. Basically i want to port all my 3ds homebrews to psvita so vitaQuake development is proceding slowly. Take your time, HENkaku's been out for only a week, people need to learn some patience. By the way, if you have a moment, you could look at other ID software game...

Re: Restrictions on HENkaku.

FYI it is a kernal exploit ;) I thought we didn't have kernel access yet, that's been the big deal from people talking about backup loaders and (more in my line of interest) PSP emulation., We don't have kernel access in the PSP emulator. We do have pretty much unlimited access in to all files in t...

I can send you a screenshot if you like[/quote]

A screenshot wouldn't show anything, but you could record a short clip performing a standard sword attack? That's where it always slows down for me.

Re: [RELEASE] vitaQuake - Quake porting for PSVITA

Technically you can use lower resolutions by chaning screen size in options but it will cause also window game to became smaller. I can try to add a resolution switcher and see if the framerate difference it's worth the graphics loss. Yeah, I mentioned trying that, but it makes the game too small. ...

Re: [IDEA] PS Vita Memory Card / Game Card Adapter

The ps vita memory card (Also known as M3 because it is based off of sony's proprietary M2 data cards) uses a completely different standard of communications than SD cards and cannot just be connected via a ribbon cable or slotted into the Game Card slot (since it too has a different communication ...
