I encountered the same error about 5 times when I used CMA with the OpenCMA patch. I decided to uninstall CMA and installed QCMA (http://codestation.github.io/qcma/), which worked for me. It's possible that files from the "UNITY" folder don't fully transfer over with CMA and PS Vita w/ firmware 3.30...
