Just now Sony announced project Morpheus, officially entering the re-emerging Virtual Reality gaming scene, in direct competition with the likes of the Oculus rift. Before you guys get too excited, there isn’t a release date yet.

Not that long ago Ive blogged a bit about the PS Vita Slim at this very blog, Wololo’s blog, and told you about a possible release of the second PS Vita hardware version, the PS Vita 2000 (PS Vita Slim).

This new PS Vita version will be sold in Europe pretty soon, but it won’t be as cheap as the current PS Vita!

The PS Vita Slim (PCH-2000)

Some of you have already seen that there is a second hardware model of the PS Vita, the PS Vita Slim, or PS Vita 2000. It has a different display, a slightly changed design and another few additional changes.

The PS Vita 2000, like the PS Vita TV, is currently just available in the Asian regions of the world, and is not yet available in Europe or north America, but this could change very soon!

PS Vita piracy now possible?

After Yifan Lu’s great hardware reports about the PS Vita, its motherboard and its nand, our user Katsu found a way for dual booting the PS Vita, which can kind of be seen as a downgrade solution.

But that is not everything that he was able to do. Katsu is on fire and also looked at the Vita cartridges… see below for some more electronics joy!

The DS4 controller is out already, and a a lot of people have picked one up. So did you just buy a DS4 controller for the upcoming PS4 release and would like to use it on your PS3, PC or Android device for right now.

Well I did a quick connectivity test to see which ones the ds4 controller would work with today.
