A few days ago, Sony released the firmwares 3.10 and 3.12 which both fixed the vulnerabilities in the previous firmware, that allowed the execution of the TN-V eCFW via various exploit game titles.

Since kernel mode exploits are rare and scarce, it should be obvious that there won’t be a working TN-V eCFW release for said new firmwares anytime soon.

This brings us back to our old Half Byte Loader, which is indeed still working at firmware 3.10 & 3.12, as long as you own the right game from the right PSN store.

It was just a matter of time until Sony removes our latest exploit title, Persona 2: Innocent Sins, from the Playstation Store. To our surprise they did not remove the game while the Store was down due to maintenance, but a few hours later. The game was available up to 11:59 am (CET) in europe, and up to the late afternoon in japan.

A few hours ago, Sony told the world that they plan to do some maintenance work at their PSN. They plan to do said work on Monday the 10th March 2014, from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm (CET).

Most services won’t be available, like the PSN Store itself, the account settings, account creation, PS Home and various others. Various PSN-dependent apps like Maxdome, Facebook (PS Vita) and others should be usable, according to Sonys support team.

A few days ago we’ve told you about the latest exploit game for running the TN-V eCFW at your PS Vita: Fifa (Soccer) 2011 and 2012.
Even though it was planned to release the game at a weekend, like we usually do, we (well, the developer of it) had to rush it, because some, let’s call him jerk, jerk had to leak the name of the game and therefore pretty much f#cked up the release for everybody who was patiently waiting.

The ninja release is over and a lot of people bought the game 101-in-1 Megamix, which will be necessary for using the TN-V4 eCFW (and kernel exploit) at the PS Vita Firmware 3.01, but there seems to be a problem with the game itself, when you are using a non-japanese PSN account with an asian PS Vita. But what is this problem and where does it come from?

This has happened to me quite a few times, getting banned for system mods or cheating in a game offline. So now your console is banned from playing online, well it’s banned from playing on their servers. So if you know anything about tunneling you can still get back online with your system. It may on be on the big networks, but you still can get online an that is what really matters. This was real big with the old xbox, and I still use them to this day. There is a list of tunneling software I still like to use.
