You have access to the source code at http://code.google.com/p/wagic , read only.
Here's our current policy:
If you add some cool stuff to the code, post it here or contact me. I'll review your updates with the other programmers, and if you add significant changes with good quality code, we'll give you write access to the svn.

ok i try to do my best. if there is any possibility with my skills i try to add a IR function for multiplayer gaminig

Multiplayer will be done with Wifi adhoc functionality. Why would you do it with the IR port, which will be slow and restricted to phat psp ? (Edit : unless it's for programming fun, of course. I'm not preventing you from doing it, everyone's free, but that's a really weird idea...)

yeah i think so it weard but i try it. ok then ill use the wifi adhoc connection.
its a hard piece of doing it all by my self.
we will see.

Agreed. You should probably try with smaller things such as coding new cards or fixing some easy bugs. Then again, it really depends on your skills.
Remember that we are looking for compatibility with PCs, so if possible, the network library should work not only with PSPs, but with windows/linux/mac as well
