ok i was gettin tired of having to lock the sets i unlocked cause i only wanted the ravnica set to be ublock ok?

so i got rid of all the sets except the ravnica set and put them on my desktop of my computer.

and now when i got to play a game i automatically win and get 700 credits for being fast and furious (+300) and wining (+400)

Did you perhaps remove the 10th edition set too? This is the set that the AI players' decks are made from. I haven't tried it myself, but I guess that if you remove the 10th edition set, then the AI players won't have any legal cards to play with, and hence will lose the game as soon as they try to draw their hand.

So, I suggest to check whether you moved the folder "10E" to the desktop too, and move it back if you did (exit Wagic before doing this). If my theory is correct, then this should solve the problem.

Actually, you should consider that all default sets are necessary for the AI and not remove them.
If you want to "lock" sets, edit the file settings/options.txt and put a 0 instead of a 1 for each set you want to "lock" again

if i add a custom set, how will wagic handle the pricing of new cards in the "prices.dat"?

It is somewhat automatic: by default lands initially cost 5 credits, commons cost 20 credits, uncommon 100 credits, and so on.
Then, the more you buy a card, the more expensive it gets. The more you sell it, the cheaper it gets.

therefore if i add a custom set, i don't have to worry or edit the prices.dat? as soon as the custom deck is already unlocked at the shop, wagic will automatically assign the prices of the cards from the custom set that i added? is my understanding correct?

yes, no need to add the prices yourself, they are computed automatically

The ai decks are never locked to begin with, so there is no way to say different as you speak.
