How to use the testsuite?

I read the testsuite guide (both of them), but it doesn't work for me, I dont see the testsuit option in play.
I didn't have the test folder, so i made it myself (res\test\...)
I created a _test.txt file, and a sword.txt file (I want to test my code for Sword of Feast and Famine)
I wrote sword.txt in the test file.
Downloaded version 15, but i can't find the test file there either.
And yes, I am sure I have the windows version 16.
Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

Did you ever get a reply to your question? I am having the same problem. I am using version 0.17 on Windows.

The test mode are only in svn. You need to compile the source as debug.
