Can you tell me how do you make the ai play against each other in a tourny? Is that a mod or something?

Yes, that was a code modification that never made it to the official code base. It is now a bit too old to integrate.
The basic idea is to tweak GameStateDuel.cpp in order to add new play modes in there.

Sadly, many of the decks I just posted in Wagic Deconstructed (for 0.17.0) are WAY to complicated for the AI to utilize.
