No it gets "You are an idiot" quotes :P but it does find some discussion about switching mobo's, atleast i came across it, just remember as for now THERE IS NO FIX!! so everything you read about a fix is a fake.

Before you doing this again, Just read the manual of it and try it step by step, as written into it. It will definitely worked. If still this problem occurred then search this problem on the Google. That is the best solution. And if you really have a bed luck then pack it as it was and send it back to the dealer. That can be any technical problem. Or the best solution is "tell your dealer to setup this program." there you can catch the problem.

He just screwed up flashing a yet unflashable board :P no steps you can take it just won't work just yet.
