I got mixed report from people who can/can't use the windows version...

can some people download it at http://wololo.net/files/wagic/wth_021_win.zip
and give it a try ?
You need to copy the Res folder from your psp to the PC for it to work.

If it doesn't work, can you give me screenshots and/or the error messages that you get ?

If you see the menu screen, that's usually enough to know if it works or not.
Thanks

I get that exact error too. I should have shown you before, but I was kind of tired and too lazy to host the image or type out the error.

I still get the error with the current version too.

Exact same error for me as well. I'm running on XP so I'm not terribly surprised.

Im am also running on XP... so don't know why it works by me and not by you, you're maybe missing a dll, or something like that... I just compiled the whole stuff again from the latest source...

DON'T FORGET TO COPY THE RES FOLDER FROM WTH INTO THE FOLDER WHERE YOU HAVE THE TEMPLATE.EXE AND ALL THE DLL (or do I need to say that it will not work for sure... :D)

anyway i'me joining the template I juste compiled (+dll) maybe it will work (who knows ? :D)

http://www.sendspace.com/file/3pb3wl

Also as attachement for wololo the buildlog with all 333 warning message I got from the compilation (OMG :D )

I used exacly the same method as last time...

I also added thoughtleech from ICE AGE to the source and recompile it (not the version I’m giving here) anyway it worked… crazyyyyy !!!! It still need to be able to recompile for the PSP (not tested yet) and roule ma poule….

There is no make for the windows version, so i cant compile it.

I don't have visual C++ and I can't really fit something that big on my machine.

I use Dev-C++ for C++ development.

To Blublub and Baphomet : are you 100% SURE that the version you tried is the latest one ? There has been some confusion with the first package, and I reuploaded a correct version yesterday (sorry for the mess)
The correct package should contain a bunch of .dll files

I have myself successfully tested the game on 3 different machines : a Japanese Vista computer, a french XP one, and an american XP version. Two of these computers didn't have Visual Studio installed.
The version that gives the "application configuration" error should only be the older version.

@Baphomet: can you create the makefile for the windows and upload it somewhere ? That would be useful for other people who don't have Visual Studio (although I still recommend it, it is free and very good) I guess you can get inspiration from the Makefile.3xx that creates the PSP version.
