@Disturbed.1.93
Hope this helps then.

My PSP details:
===========================
PSP kernel version: 0x05000010

Tachyon: 0x00400000
Baryon: 0x00114000
Pommel: 0x00000112

Motherboard type: Standard
Motherboard model: TA-082
===========================
PSP 1000. FW 5.00 m33-6

What I did that worked for me,
allowing me not to deal with PSD:
============================
>put the WTH folder in GAME150

I hope these information could somehow help fix the situation or
help others not to experience PSD. Godspeed!

Wow, thats a really simple solution to a problem that seems tough to defeat :D . So then, since that solved it for you, I wonder if it would solve it for others. I probably will not try it because it currently runs fine on both my TA-086 5.00 M33-6 and my TA-082 5.50 GEN-D2 in the regular game folder.

well, none of these solutions are real long term solutions. They just slightly change the way the game is loaded in Ram, and since it seems to be an alignment problem, even 1byte can make a difference whenever you run the game. A bit like the chickhen hack.

Im a sorry to announve I had a PSD recently, although following the instruction from WosRet dramatically reduced the number of occurence... I had the PSD after deleting a profile (the cheat profile that I created lowercase and was not functionning)... But a simple home restart solved the PSD... I really had only one in 2 days which is already a dramatic decrease of the occurence.

The alternate eboot should be way faster as it compiled with optimizations. So if it works for you, keep it :) . In my tests it actually increased the risk of Purple screen though.

5.00 m33-6 runs differently than a HEN or CFWE, that's why it increases for you, and decreases for others.

note I got the psd on 5.00 M33-6 as well, but not on GEN-B

I also was running 5.00 m33-6 and got the purple screens so I downgraded one of my psps to 4.00m33 and installed and was fine. I then took that wagic game file and copied it over to my 5.00 m33-6 psp and it no longer had the purple screens. upon playing and creating a new profile the psp crashed when I went to save a new deck with one of my profile players (not the default). I got a blue screen and it shut off. I was able to reload it, but no the main music doesn't work (track 0, track 1 mp3s) even with custom themes like star wars and guild wars. Nor does my music_mod.prx work which i used to listen to when playing (home + select are doing nothing.) sfx are still working though. my music_mod.prx still works when playing other iso games sooooo? maybe next release music will work again. ( tried 9.3 eboot and still no music) its not really a big deal i thought you might be interested hearing about the bug. Thanks to everyone working on this project! This is the best game to play on the psp. The mods +themes are an awesome addition and a lot of fun.

Now, at R1323, I only get PSD, I restarted for about 30 times now, then tried to start through irShell a couple of times, but still, I can't get it to work... did not have PSD before for a couple of weeks at least.
