The "
Moat" and "
Magus of the Moat" cards seem not to work if the creature has any ability that works like "can't attack unless", I tested with the cards:
Bloodcrazed goblin
Goblin Cohort
Mog Conscripts
Ember Beast
Jackal Familiar
Mogg FlunkiesI checked the Googlecode Bug Tracker and noticed it is a known issue, but here is a strange thing I found out that its not mentioned there, the cards "
Ember Beast" and "
Jackal Familiar" have exactly the same card text "Jackal Familiar
can't attack or block alone." with the exception of the card name of course

but the card "
Mogg Flunkies" that says the same stuff "Mogg Flunkies
can't attack or block alone." seems to work properly with "
Moat" and "
Magus of the Moat"

so that means that at least one works well.
Also I noticed that Boikinov posted (
http://wololo.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3262) saying that if you put into the battlefield an aura card from the graveyard using "
Sun Titan", it wont attach it, well I noticed that it happens the same if we bring into play an aura card from our library using the card "
Zur the Enchanter", it just sits there without a target

And another thing, I noticed a while ago that the card "
Sun Droplet" wouldn't work properly, it says "Whenever you're dealt damage, put that many charge counters on Sun Droplet.
At the beginning of each upkeep, you may remove a charge counter from Sun Droplet. If you do, you gain 1 life." but it would only allow us to remove a charge counter on our upkeep and it should allow us to remove one counter on our upkeep and another counter in our opponent upkeep also it let us remove a conter when it has no counters in it

I searched on the forum and on the Googlecode Bug Tracker and didn't see it mentioned anywhere so there is a chance no one found it yet
EDIT:Also today using the card "
Valley Rannet" that says "Mountaincycling 2, forestcycling 2" it happened to me that no cycling would work

I have the mana to pay for it but the card acts as if had no ability, I was using the one from the
Alara Reborn set.
Note:
Using 0.16.0 just in case if you have doubts and thought I might have been using an older version
