Hi,

At the moment you have a lot of nice unlockable and bonus…

I add some nice surprise by winning with more than 1500 life points (thanks to beacon of immortality) or sometime get a negative bonus because I played a depletion deck and ended with my opponent having more life than I by ending the game… That why I was thinking the “bonus” system could be updated to add some game fun…

Here are my current reflexion/ideas.

Bonus could be made with link to the color/mythologie of the game…

For example

White bonus
Since the white game has a lot of spell to pump up your life:
Serra rewards = diff between your life point and opponent life point if >0
Serra Spirit = diff between your life point and opponent life point x2 if >20
Serra Incarnation = diff between your life point and opponent life point x10 if >50

Red bonus
Since the red game is a quick and furious game style:
Goblin rewards = current fast and furious bonus if nb turns <or = 7 = add 25 credits
Goblin Spirit = current fast and furious bonus if nb turns < or = 5 = add 50 credits
Goblin Incarnation = current fast and furious bonus if nb turns < or = 3 = add 500 credits

Black bonus
Since the black game is auto destructive:
Phyrexian rewards = end the game with less than 10 life points = 25 credits
Phyrexian Spirit = end the game with less than 5 life points = 50 credits
Phyrexian Incarnation = end the game with exactly 1 life point= 500 credits

Blue Bonus
Since the blue game has a lot of spell to draw a lot of cards:
Laquatus rewards = end the game with less than 30 cards in library = 25 credits
Laquatus Spirit = end the game with less than 20 cards in library = 50 credits
Laquatus Incarnation = end the game with less than 10 cards in library = 500 credits

Green Bonus
Since the green game is offen a small creature game:
Elf rewards = end the game with more than or equal to 5 creatures = 25 credits
Elf Spirit = end the game with more than or equal to 10 creatures = 50 credits
Elf Spirit = end the game with more than or equal to 15 creatures = 500 credits

Then some specific bonus could be added

End the game by depletion (opponent has no more cards to draw) = 250 credits
End the game with negative life diff = 250 credits
End the game with 0 creature in your inplay =250 credits
End the game with 0 creature in opponent inplay = 250 credits
End the game with both 0 creature in your and opponent in play = 1000 credits
End the game with 1 card left in library = 1000 credits
End the game with 0 cards in hand = 100 credits
End the game with more than 7 cards in hand = 1000 credits

Well that is just a first draft, I’m sure you have plainty of nice ideas to share…

Some nice ideas there. What about a reward for a turn 1 kill. I remember playing MTG in my youth and having a black deck that had the potential to take someone out first turn. It involved pox, shallow grave, collossus of sardia, some dark rituals and something else that I can't remember..

Anyway whilst some of those cards aren't available there could be other combinations out there which might do it. Maybe a good reward for this would be unlocking an endurance mode where you had to win as many games as possible against random ai decks with only your starting life total (then again this would probably be pretty easy for a white deck..)

In addition to these/ the current rewards, a trophy /achievement room to see all the bonuses achieved would be a great achievement and add some longevity.

I really like this trophy idea, as well as a room / list to see in-game what you still need to get. It would be really cool for specific challenges - like having to use a specific pre-made deck to defeat a specific enemy - perhaps an enemy that is built for this challenge specifically.

Probably achieving different rewards an extra future mode could be unlocked, it could be a nice idea :D

Win on your first turn - 500
(seen it done, but VERY rare, requires a perfect hand with only 1 mana might not yet be possible in wagic though)


also, that more than 15 should be lowered, cause I can pull over 30 in my elf/wolf deck with ease. some play token decks (stormherd anyone)

boon reflectionx3, beacon of immortlity, stormherd. assuming that he's at 20 to start... 20x2=40+20=60+40=100+60=160 tokens (if I did the math right)

There should be a bonus for decking your opponent :)

There are a few things that you can do like that in Magic that a computer could never handle without making a shortcut of some sort.

Sliver decks with infinite life, infinite creature power etc.... Things like that.

well, I was talkign real life, since we play for real, and it's 180 not 160 lol

but my point still stands.

PS. I'll work on a 180 token deck and get a screen cap :P
