I hate the card Guttersnipe Burn Players are Noobs and this card is Unfair and Overpowered like heck!

I have an idea for will of the council that may work. I will be working on it over the this weekend. My issue was basically that with a coin flip you have a 50 percent chance of either effect going off in a two person game and with Will of the Council this is not a possible number. each card has a lesser effect and a greater effect. on a tied vote you get the lesser effect. This creates a 66 percent chance in a two player game to get the lesser effect and guarantees that in a non a.i. game that you will never an effect your opponent does not want you to have do to the lack of the extra vote cards being able to be coded at all.

But I think that by using a choice line connected with an ability$! line it may be possible to create will of the council. I will try to get everything on the card and not use workarounds so that they will be officially supported. I am also positive I can get parley to work but I have to think about it for a bit. the last couple of codes I tried did not work. I know I can get this to work with a workaround. Though it may require the scry code so those who do not have my windows version of the game may not be able to use those cards. I will see.

Academy Elite is showing up as an artifact when I look at both Conspiracy and Vintage Masters sets in the Trophy room.

Mana= is in the right place outside of the text= line

I'm not sure what the issue is.

There was a typo on the Mana= line it has a ] instead of a } after the 3. That should fix it.
