Updated 6-21-12. 149 (available) /180 (known) of 249 (total set).

I am not coding any of the NEW planeswalkers, I am not that talented yet, and I would like to see somebody else try to fill in what I am missing.

Nice list of codes so far. I think you got Krenko, Mob Boss mixed with another card. The text, cost and card type aren't correct. Otherwise, very nice.

I hve been making daily fixes to the list as I find things myself.

Krenko, Mobb Boss fixed. Text, type, mana cost corrected.

Talrand, Sky Summoner and Talrand's invocation have correct Drake token power/toughness.

Update 6/24/12:

Fixed Thundermaw Hellkite text from creatures without flying to creatures with flying...

The Ring Cycle needs more work after extensive testing of Ring of Evos Isle.

In the Nefarox Deck the Ring of Xathrid for example +1/+1 counters are generated but sometimes on the ring itself (not transferred to attached creatures) and sometimes they get put on the wrong color creature...

Still working on Gem of Becoming... I can get three basic island, mountain and swamp lands into play in any combination but its correct... you should only get 1 island, 1 mountain and 1 swamp.

UPDATE: 6/28/12

Up to 172/249.

Highlights are: War Falcon, and the M13 rings (Xathrid, et. al.) and M13 creature (Flinthoof Boar. Arctic Aven, etc.) cycles should work fine now.
