Heres a working code for Otherworld atlas, fixing the draw ability.

I actually add the set on PSP and Win version, after unlockk the set, i only have 3 white cards, 2 blue, 2 black , 2 red and 2 green and basic lands i check the _cards.dat, all cards are well inthere but i don't know why i can see them

Maybe this is a fact but i unlocked Avacyn restored and not AVR, and i put primitive on AVR folder.

Here a screenshot, i'm french so card's names are something in french something in english

Yes, I've had the same problem as well, only having a few cards out of the set and primitives, hence my unanswered request to help make card images. Help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, we new guys gotta stick together! X3

In your sets/primitives folder, just paste the text of this set's primitives in the folder's
If for some reason you dont have a primitives folder in your sets folder, just make one and paste this set's primitives.txt in there. :D

do you mean i have to create a primitives folder on ".../sets/" or .../sets/NPH/ for the new phyrexian for example?
cause i tried both, and nothing works (NPH =100 cards available)

So i'll be like PSP/GAME/WTH/sets/primitives. :)

Thanks i made it, and i named as dka-only-primitives.txt and avr-only-primitives.txt, actually for AVR it works thanks a lot.
