Pretty sure that transforming your opponents artifacts with a moveto(mybattlefield) code will not cause the artifacts to come to you. Because you are giving the artifact a new ability and the opponent controls that ability, any instance of mybattlefield on the card will refer to the opponents battlefield. So in order to transfer the card to your battlefield you have to use moveto(opponentbattlefield) instead. Think of it in terms of your opponent attacking you with the dragon and you having the artifact. After it hits your artifacts now have the effect of moveto(mybattlefield). They are already on your battlefield so they do nothing. You also forgot its a double perenthesis in the transform line.

Wow! I never thought of it that way.

I usually play decks that are light on artifacts but in tests against AI Affinity decks, I destroyed them when half of the stuff on the AI battlefield came over to my side...

I love learning new stuff like this.
