Upwelling [Inquiry]

I see that the upwelling primitive is in the game, but I could not find the card, so i made my own, it looks like this:

but when i go to use it, the text is not there and it does not work, did I do something wrong?

I also had the card "quality" or w/e set as -4 (dangerous)

yeah that card will do nothing.
there is no support for manapools not emptying in wagic yet.
