Hi I'm trying to find solution for a problem regarding save as AI decks

typedef basic_ostringstream<char, char_traits<char>,
allocator<char> > ostringstream;

I´m familiar with coding so I know what typedef is for but the "<>" (how are these called?) confuses me

They're called template classes.
