Res Problem. Can't play the game!

So I cannot download Wagic because my previous Wagic folder has nothing in it except a 0 byte Res file. Now I can't play the game or delete the file. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. This is on an Asus transformer tf101 if that helps.
