Sadly i only have a regular PSP. At a guess it could be a memory error (Although the Vita should have enough memory) I love how fast it loaded compared to my PSP. Last time I installed on Android I noticed you have to install it from the place it will run from, you cannot install from a usb or memory card. I then put the core file in and it worked.

Bas if you are interested in making AI decks you should look into Zethfox's work on the AI card parser.
Not a lot of people used it but I believe a few of the later AI decks have some examples of it.
