Re: Wagic nightly builds

We did not change the way the code is compiled. We changed where the code is located (GitHub vs Google Code) and changed the configuration management system (Git vs SVN). Git is very powerful for developers but fairly complex for non-developers, that's why you should not even bother with it. GitHub ...

Re: Wagic nightly builds

I've just pushed a fix and while I was at it, I integrated a PSP build check in our continuous integration tools, so it should avoid to break the PSP code on the master branch from now.

Wagic migrated to GitHub

The Wagic project source code has been migrated to GitHub here https://github.com/WagicProject/wagic . We did that after discussing among devs to allow more flexible branching scheme thanks to Git and also because GitHub allows to be used with hosted continuous integration services like Travis CI ht...

Re: Possible to Save your game?

So, what developers can do is copy-paste a specific part of the traces into a particular filename and use this load function, it will replay the ga...

Re: Playing Wagic on the Galaxy S3 (A Review with Suggestion

I doubt n900 or linux support is preventing anybody to apply a patch on Android ... I think one of the main Wagic problems is its poor design regarding the split between model, view and controllers. The code is really mixed together and it makes it very complicated to improve the model to add comple...

Re: Wagic SVN builds

Basically, the X11 version that gets compiled on Linux using the "makefile" is unmaintained. It can have sound with fmod on 32 bits, nothing on 64 bits, no mouse support. We could probably update the X11 version to rely on SDL like the Windows and Android versions ... It would get mouse support, but...

Re: 2 Player Mode and Bringing it Back

2 players mode is already in the code base and allows to synchronize 2 Wagic apps. It still need a lot of polish but it basically already work. I tested it between 2 windows PC and between Android and Windows... If you can compile the game and activate the right options, you can already try it yours...

Re: A few usability improvements... and a few questions.

Interesting, what truetype font did you use as input of bitmapfontbuilder ? And did you use the same font for magic.png/dat, f3.png/data and simon.png/dat ?
