I had a thought couldn't the AI prioritize target cards? Starting with broad already defined categories like lands, artifacts, creatures, sorceries, instants, enchantments, etc. Maybe not that exact order but a simple "if -then" kind of thing, if the AI determines the player has no lands, it selects...

Sorry guys, the "discard"-keyword causes random discard! This is not what Mind Rot should do! I'm very confused. Isn't that hair splitting?
