With the PSP version of W:TG, with this set and GTC I am only getting a few cards, like 20 or so. Is that because the new sets have things that are not supported by 18.6 as it stands with the PSP?

May not help much, as I am running a PSP 2000 with 5.00 M-33 6, but I am not having the crashes...might be the version of firmware you are running. Try it under a different one perhaps?
