As some of you may now, I’m spanish so I managed to go to the first edition of Madrid Games Week (Similar to Gamescom in Germany, but I think it’s much smaller here). Everything was quite cool, I had the chance to try the new Call of Duty: Ghosts and meet some gaming YouTubers, try the XBOX One with FIFA 14 (Don’t buy it, it’s worse than previous years, even for the next-gen consoles)… So yeah, it was fun. But probably the most impressive thing about that was that I found a debug PSVita like TheZ had done in Gamescom for 2.06 (I think ).
While I was reading IGN this morning I read a very interesting article on cross-play. Personally, I think cross-play between different consoles could be a major feature for future gaming but it seems other companies have other ideas to make this happen much earlier.

Team PRO recently published an updated version of their CFW for the PSP. The new version is named PRO – C2 and basically solves some problems with the NoDRM engine. The changes are fairly “old” (if you have the guts to grab the nightly builds or compile by yourself, you might have had these changes on your PSP since December), but the binaries were published only a few weeks ago.

Since the release of the PS Vita nearly a year ago in Japan, we’ve seen the release of the VHBL, the eCFW but… what about all the apps that have been released? You cannot compare it with the bunch of homebrews available on the PSP, but in this article I’ll try to roundup some of the most popular apps out there. I might miss some, but here we go!
Well, if you don’t have VHBL/eCFW but are still on OFW 1.81, then hurry up because using this method you will be able to get the eCFW by Total_Noob running on your Vita!

After releasing version 1.3, dev $n!pR has released another update of his app PKG Toolkit GUI. This new update makes use of SCETool for ELF and SELF file decryption and encryption.
He has also added support for the latest CFW available (4.21, 4.30). Another of the new characteristics is the fact that you can now create Debug and Retail packages. It also automatically detects the TitleID of a package and also adds an extra tool called AllUnpkg.
