PS4: Zecoxao hints at an upcoming Gamesharing mecanism
GameSharing is a functionality of the PS4 that lets you officially share your digital PS4 library with a limited amount of friends (1 being the official answer).
This functionality has been regularly abused by various tricks to allow for semi unlimited sharing (or, as some would call it, piracy). This regularly goes out of control with shops in some parts of the world selling consoles that are fully loaded with games acquired through these bypass mechanisms.
Such a method was revealed for firmware 6.20 about 6 months ago, and the scene had been underwhelmed; mostly because people had been expecting something different than an abuse of the sharing mechanism.
This time, Zecoxao has been careful to set the right expectations by clearly stating the upcoming method is yet again a gamesharing “method”. Nothing exciting, but at least people’s hopes for a full jailbreak won’t go through the roof for no good reason, this time.
Not everyone is excited by this, although I’m sure people who are stuck on unhackable PS4 firmwares will like to see some news that might apply to them.
These are just fancy ways of doing this, effectively just bypassing the once every month requirement

It has not been revealed for what firmware the technique will be available, or when to expect the actual release of the technique. And it’s expected that Sony will patch the bug within days of it being revealed.
