It would be nice if an exploit came out for the 3.55 (Like the PS3). Just saying ;p

Mmm, gotta love me some of them ripe, creamy stability updates. The quiet click of Sony patching out potential future exploits.

will wait a week or 2 for complaints and then decide, haven’t updated yet due to “deep sleep bug”

Something just came to my mind. I’ve just bought a new 2tb HD to my ps4. What if instead of installing the 3.55 system, I find the 1.76 file and install it. IF someone has it, would it be possible downgrading th eps4?

    • PlaGeRaN says:

doubt it, chances are there are files that check what version your hard drive is running. Would be nice to know how big the cmos and eprom is. makes me wonder if the ps4 is similar to a mobile device with fuse systems after unlocking it, similar to android bootloaders
