Still available?! – Ape Escape: On the Loose has not yet been pulled from the Playstation Store!
Three weeks ago we have announced that the game “Ape Escape: On the Loose” can be used as an exploit game for the PS Vita on firmwares 3.36 and 3.50.
It seems that Sony does not care about it, because the game is still available in the american Playstation Stores!
10 days ago I’ve written a reminder for you guys, in which we told you that the game is still available, and if you are interested in using an eCFW on your PS Vita, you should get the game (if you can).
Nothing has changed in these 10 days and the game is still available. It is not known when or if Sony is going to remove this exploit game, but don’t tell us that we didn’t tell you about this.
The game is still only available in the american (north & south) PSN stores. It does not exist in Europe, Asia or Australia.
This will be the last reminder about Ape Escape: On the Loose. If Sony is going to remove the game, we will inform you, though.

On TN-V11 3.50 , how would I be able get rid of “game could not be started” error?
I installed daedalusx64 as an ISO file an it won’t start for some reason.
DaedalusX64 isnt meant to be used as an ISO or CSO file.. You’ll just have to copy it like a normal homebrew.
It worked for me putting it as an iso file.

We have “Ape Escape P” in Europe, which as far as I know is exactly the same game under a different name. Sadly, it looks like there’s no exploit for it though 🙁

Have you seen the post a few days ago about PSM? For now don’t update, but get everything else about the PSM thing ready, as it apparently is gong to be a pretty big deal here soonish.

Yes you can. By its pointless because the psn seems to not be working correctly. I’ve saw on a few sites that people are complaining that they can buy the game but not download it.

I’m on 3.18 with Talkman’s TN-V and Xs-Moto PS1 emulator. So, it is safe for me to update my Vita now and get this game to keep my exploits?
no.. ps1 loader will not work..
Don’t update for this. 3.18 is *way* easier to use. With 3.50 you can’t actually edit anything in the PSP folder, which means installing homebrew is a huge pain. Additionally, 3.50 has no custom bubbles either.
I have a problem, i have the game and the exploit and I run the Tv-11 or Ark2 without problem but when I transfer any game of PSP OR PSX with QCMA (inside the exploit folder and with the game in uppercase and 8 letter or less) I cannot see the game in Tv-11 or Ark2.
Remember the game has to be 8 characters max. I usually put my games in less than 8 chars and in all caps. Hope this helps

I just got used VITA with 3.15 OFW. What is the best way to hack so I can play iso/cso psp games? The thing is I don´t have PS3 so I can´t transfer games to VITA. Hope 3.50 isnt only way. Please help

I was finally able to access the iso folder in tnv11 on 3.50! Here’s the tip: use the ark2 folder from the pool hall pro exploit and put everything in tnv folder and rename eboot to recovery. however dont copy over the secure.bin and param.sfo file from the pool hall pro exploit. now access the exploit via the game and hold r. run recovery .pbp. you will bee in the ark2 menu. go to were you put ftp. you probably know the rest. when done exit and you will be able to access your game!
Unfortunately there are no rental shops here. So I´m sc***, right :-(? Shame that theres is no way to use that webkit exploit for this
who cares? its usless on 3.50 no methods work for installing hombrew I would rather use my psp if its just iso’s
