Spoof Firmware On New 3DS via NTR CFW

You know firmware spoofers from PSP and PS3 scene, right? It is the first time we have a 3DS firmware spoofer. If you are wondering if it works even after the recently released 9.7.0-25, answer is yes. Read on.
9.2 is the latest safe firmware for New 3DS for hacking related stuff. Ninjhax, NTR CFW, Gateway and other hacks etc. work up to 9.2 firmware. Unfortunately you cannot access eshop, theme shop, do a system transfer or update your games on 9.0/9.2 firmwares. This spoofer is the way to overcome this limitation and not see this screen.
First, you need to have NTR CFW 2.2 installed on your New 3DS. NTR CFW requires a Cubic Ninja game and a New 3DS with firmware below or equal to 9.2. After that, enable the debugger from the NTR CFW menu (or just put an empty file named ‘debug.flag’ on SD card to enable it automatically). Use ntrclient to connect to your new 3DS wirelessly by “connect(‘your3dsip’, 8000)” and use the magic command for spoof: “write(0x10DD28, (0x00, 0x20, 0x70, 0x47), pid=0x25)” voila, you are done.
Unfortunately there are a few limitations. First, you have to be on sysNAND not emuNAND, you can transfer tickets from sysNAND to emuNAND though. Second, to do system transfer both new 3DSes have to be on 9.2 firmware.

Does this work on old 3DSs?
Only on new 3ds, old support this is for later. But this is not useful on old 3ds enouth…

People after CFW for homebrew reasons, perhaps? While lots of people do it to pirate games, that doesn’t apply to everyone.
Can it even run emulators? If not, then it’s pretty useless.

Okay, I’m the OP of this method.
I recommand everyone to use this new command rather than the old one : write(0x10DD28, (0x00, 0x20, 0x08, 0x60, 0x70, 0x47), pid=0x25)
