Wow. This is it, we’re close to reaching 10’000 followers on twitter. That’s quite unbelievable. What better way to celebrate than a very, very cool giveaway?
And, yes, the title gave it away, but I’m sending a PS Vita Limited Borderlands Edition to one of you guys. Specifically, this one.
So, this is it people, a very simple rule: to enter the giveaway, follow me on twitter, and retweet this tweet. As soon as we reach 10’000 followers, one random winner will be selected among the people who retweeted.
A bit of additional “legalese/fair play/I can’t do otherwise” things:
- People who are considered as “staff” on wololo.net cannot participate (mods and guest bloggers). I still appreciate if you guys can retweet this, but if one of you were to win, people would question the “randomness” of the result.
- I will be paying for the Vita and shipping costs to the United States. If you live outside the US and happen to win, as an alternate prize I will send you $150 in US PSN Codes.
- If the borderland Limited Edition Bundle is not available at the time the winner is selected, I reserve the right to change the prize for something of an equivalent value (e.g. another Vita bundle, or $200 in US PSN Codes).
- I will contact the winner to inquire about their shipping address. If you do not wish to send me your shipping address in the case you win, I will send you $150 in US PSN Codes instead.
If you disagree with any of the rules above, please do not participate.
OK, this is it for the boring rules. Thanks so much for following this blog for so many years. When so many other scene websites either go down or get sold to fishy companies, we managed to stay independent, alive and kicking for more than 6 years now (and I plan to keep it that way for a long time), thanks to you guys!

Yes, we can discuss this, assuming Amazon accepts to ship to your country <-- that would actually be the main problem.
Uhm, no they will most likely not ship.
Why not just use your CC at a different Amazon? Say the winner is German, just by at amazon.de -> To germany.
That Amazon product he linked to does ship to select countries outside the US actually, it would work. Someone from the UK would have to pay import charges though as well as shipping costs.

If an international entrant were to win, could they opt to pay for the shipping them self rather than take the alternate prize of PSN codes?

Actually the vita is a dying platform… you can see this in the increasing porting of games scheduled for the vita to pc (steam). Look at dokuro, hyper neptunia rebirth 1,… and more will switch.
