Won’t have one of my 2 copies till Saturday 🙁

Just got mine in the mail today. Lucked out finding a seller who with a discount code had dropped the price to like 8.90 on a community seller site. 😀

I wandered into my local game store a few days after the announcement, and was surprised to find a copy of it just sitting on a shelf. I spent $4 on it. I wasn’t even planning on grabbing it either, I just got lucky. I feel bad for anyone who spent more than like $5.

Got mine for $25. That was the lowest price I found minutes after the announcement, before anyone had even started buying it. Yay Japan, were video games are so expensive it’s a joke

      • Mugsy says:

Ouch. Kinda surprised nobody donated you a copy for review or something.

      • Warfather says:

i picked up 3 one for me and another for my lil brother the extra one was sold to make back my money not a profit so i sold it for $20.96

Eh, that’s not too bad. EBGames (Canadian Gamestop) was selling the game, used, for 19.95 + tax prior to the announcement. I had guessed the game well over a month ago (it was between this or Deer Drive Legends, I made a random guess at CN) and bought a copy only to have my cousin borrow it a while back and “lose” it just after it was revealed to be the exploit game. So I had to quickly grab another copy at EB. Out of the five closest stores, only 1 had any copies left by late afternoon and the total stock between them in the morning was 36. lol

I looked for an European version everywhere. Couldn’t find it at all.

I was close to buying it on ebay until i saw one bundled with a 3DS as a free game.

I’m excited! At least now I am, I checked my email to find my card was declined on my 16 dollar purchase and thought I was out of luck. Turned out I needed to update my billing address. Man I was scared.

  5. steven says:

so this release is international working on any copy of cubic ninja or a specific region

  6. Smoker1 says:

Hopefully this allows for more Homebrew/Emulators to be Tested and Released.

  7. SadPanda says:

BestBuy online is selling it for $6.99 the only bad part is that you have to pick it up in a store that physically has it. It’s not available for shipping from store to store or to your home 🙁

  8. Matthew Bahls says:

    It’s released!!!!! youtu.be/iKjuy3-z054

  9. Mugsy says:

It’s out. Been playing DKC and SMW using blargSNES. It runs okay, but there’s a lot of graphical glitches. Hopefully it’ll all get ironed out.

  10. G says:

Wow GS did jack those prices, I just got mine before they did. That trip on my work break was well worth it, I was originally going to put it off until today :p

  11. LuKe_AA says:

Now I’d like to see what Nintendo(nt) will (or won’t) do with homebrew “unlocking” exploits.

  12. Asamidare says:

Too bad the exploit does not save itself if you use the xxx with the GW card.
You need the QR code every time if you want to boot it. Oh well, save the QR image somewhere
and remember to activate the wifi every time before scanning, or it will hang. Also, remember that
when you exit the Homebrew Channel the console is rebooted, so you’re kicked out from GW mode.

  13. Nobody says:

Do you think they will make exploits for other games that make use of QR codes?

  14. jinx says:

can i use this 3ds model below? Please advise.
