PSDLE – Improving everyone’s favorite online download list, one loop at a time
You might be thinking, what exactly is this? What does it do? What’s it for? I’ll tell you. PSDLE allows you to remedy the problems frequently found with Sony’s online download list (the one provided by SEN) by providing a nice set of handy features such as the ability to filter by console (For example: PS4, Vita, etc.), filter by tag (For example: game, demo, avatar, etc.) and exporting results in a CSV-like format for offline manipulation. It also offers a powerful search engine to get users their desired results and hide ones they don’t need. It works directly in your browser, as a greasemonkey script.
Some screenshots, because everyone loves screenshots right?
As you can see from the screenshots above, the top left bit allows you to filter by console (PS1 – PS4 including the PSP and PS Vita), and the top right corner allows you filter by tag (Games, Demos Add-ons etc.). Below these two is a search bar that not only allows you to search your desired application or game but also to input commands that allows more filtering to get the best results! There isn’t much else to say about this application, it pretty much spells it all out for you.
Take note that PSDLE is not affiliated by Sony, SNEI, SCEA, SCEE, SCEI, or other affiliates. It is created and programmed by RePod. If you still aren’t concerned be sure to have a look at the FAQ’s from the official website here, and if you’re feeling the need to contribute, feel free to fork and submit pull requests to the official repository here. Don’t forget to tell us what you think in the comments below 🙂
Oh wow, this is actually just what I was looking for hdds
*haha
Any tutorial? I can´t find a way to make it work..
I had to do a hard refresh on the download list after installing the script.
Although in saying that, it doesn’t seem to get past loading the first page…
Creator here to diagnose. Browser, store language, other relevant info?
Upon reaching the bottom of the first page the page should scroll back to the top then continue, anything else is not intended. Unfortunately a lot of browser lag (especially from the animations as well as not being the active tab) can cause it to desync. At minimum I suggest closing other tabs or keeping it as the active tab and seeing if it yield better results.
Chrome, English.
I’ll have go with just that tab open and see how that goes. I have a bunch of extensions too, could anything there be causing an issue?
Ok so I disabled all the extensions in Chrome (except tampermonkey) and still had the same problem.
It seems to work fine with greasemonkey in Firefox though.
Also, thanks!
I’ve wanted to do something like this myself for so long but I wouldn’t even know where to start.
Great job doing what Sony wont.
Cheers mate.
Seems the problem lies between Chrome and Tampermonkey as the (technical jargon) event trigger isn’t firing. This seems to have only begun happening recently as my initial Tampermonkey compatibility tests worked fine.
However, this problem also exists in the Tampermonkey beta so it’s either obscure or in the process of being fixed. I’ll forward a bug report with the creator just in case.
In the meantime a current solution (update userscript to v1.021) is manually changing to the next page (which PSDLE was emulating).
I apologize, it seems I was wrong. A code clean-up and minor change later it seems to be working in Chrome, and overall better than before.
Hopefully you should be getting the expected results now (userscript v1.023).
Nice, that would come in handy for a lot of people
Sounds handy. So it’s like browsing the PSN store, but more effective due to it being easier to sort by type of content?
That’s right 😉
Yay! I can finally search avatars! 🙁
I can’t be happy when Simone Battle died. 😥
to make this work I had to change the line // @include https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/*
to this // @include https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/download/list
the second link will very vary per country but that is the only way I was able to make it work
For what browser? The reason it’s like that is due to Tampermonkey (Chrome) not liking URL variables (starting at the #) so I have it work on the whole site then validate it when it’s loaded (view the bottom of the source).
I’ll poke around with Tampermonkey’s matching options again or rewrite the validation section and see what I can work out.
that was on firefox using greasemonkey I can’t even get the script to want to work with tampermonkey even with the line change
I’ve gone ahead with the changes and tried them out, should now activate whenever the download list is presented (when browsing the store in a single session as opposed to going to it directly via URL).
If you don’t mind, feel free to try it out and let me know if it’s also working for you as I’ve seen a lot of issues about this happening.
yep I can confirm it is working with both greasemonkey on firefox and I use the newest opera (which is based on chrome) with tampermonkey and it is now working on that as well thx for getting it all sorted out
I want crunchyroll vita uk
using the script on firefox with greasemonkey and i’m having some werid issue it’s missing 50+ items from the list but also at the same time it’s missing 11 so at the top of the list it will say something like 1234/1245 and it doesn’t show what is ps+ and what isn’t, i would request this on github but i can’t figure out how to request
Thanks for the feedback, since your post I’ve added PS+ support and have fiddled with the list generation so hopefully it’s been fixed
The list displays everything in accordance to the filters (at the top) and the search box, so ensure they’re all on (solid black) and the search is empty.
everything is solid black it’s still missing 11 and even more from the SEN website download list compared to the webstore download

how to download ps vita game with pc
This web-feature is even better than it used to be. I’ve been using it recently, and they updated it with a PSTV filter, and the export list says whether it’s compatible or not, as well as a separate column for VITA. It’s so good! When you have a list of 2302 items, including themes/avatars/demos/apps/betas, and actual games you want to play, you’ll understand the struggle. It was real.
