Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag and Rising Phoenix: The next big Vita title?
Assassin’s Creed 4 was announced a few days ago. Today we will go over what we know about this game and will discuss the rumors that surround it.
Recently, Ubisoft added Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flags to their website and they released a few videos about it. Black Flags will be available for the PS3,PC,PS4,Wii U, Xbox and the next gen xbox. This time we actually go back in time and play as Connor’s (the Assassin from AC3) grandfather, Edward Kenway of the Caribbean- half pirate, half patriot. The game will also feature open world naval combat in addition to the defining thing of the series, stealthily assassinating enemies (and not to mention the hidden blade)
Here is a videos about the game (Note that it is supposedly the gameplay):
The picture above is really interesting. Thing is, Ubisoft had only announced AC4: Black flags and a Assassin’s Creed movie but they hadn’t said anything about Rising Phoenix. Rumors say that it might be a new title for the PSVita which seems to be highly likely, Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation sold really well and lately Ubisoft has really been supporting the Vita (see this) which just makes this even more likely. The rumors sprang from the resolution of the image, it is 960×544 which is also the Vita’s screen resolution. We have also had some answers from distributors who say that the game will be released on October 10,2013 – three weeks earlier than Black Flags.
