sigh… wololo, remember the days where you’d get hundreds of comments on these posts :/ now youre lucky to get above 30. please could you stick to things about psp/psv hacks. people dont come onto this site to find new ps3 mods and releases. and we havent had a decent psv hack post since TheZ released that dump of flash0. I know people arent pulling hacks out of their arses at the moment but progress updates on leads that some people may have is more interesting than a new cheat device for ps3, or true blue updates or even bloody Amazon deals… just stick to the good stuff :(

I disagree with you garrel, it keeps people interested as the news is exciting, and if you do not remember the ps3, PS vita and psp are all linked, made by Sony, psp and PS vita can connect to ps3, the master keys etc, however, it may not be related to psp or PS vita, its exciting news, though I dont see the problem in a reverse engineer team reversing another persons work when they in the first place did it to Sony, and have started piracy or cheats etc, so True Blue shouldn’t complain, they have made lots of money by the sound of it, and they chose to put prices high, to make high profit, but to top it off, the support doesn’t sound great to customers who bought it, if they have good security fair enough, if its broken they its broken :P well done to hard work. Anyway yeah, I like ps3 news too!!

Hey garrei, I understand your concerns.

My obvious plan is to extend this blog to PS3 on top of PSP and PSV. It actually started a while ago when we opened a ps3 section on /talk. It is not easy, and I understand people might be disappointed to see PS3 stuff these days that they can find on other websites, but this is part of my personal plans for this website to be “more” than my blog going forward. I cannot convince people overnight that we will be your best source of information for all things related to Sony, but I hope in the long run it will show.

As far as PSV is related, basically you nailed it: no news = no blog posts. There are interesting things happening in the PSV scene right now, I just can’t talk about them until things get confirmed.
as far as VHBL is concerned, my status from last week is still up to date. As usual, my answer is the same: any help on VHBL would be appreciated.

I try to post at least once a day recently, and trust me when I say that I select what I believe to be the most interesting pieces.

would it help the vhbl scene if i gave crash save files?

p.s. i totally think you should hook up with kakaroto and work wih him on the ps3 4.20 CFW ;)

no, crash save files are not helpful. The very least you should provide is an exploitable crash file. Ideally, a hello world type of thing is better.

good stuff man, and it DOES show btw, i may have a ps3 that is too updated but, i’ve followed the homebrew scenes probly since about the indepenence exploit on the ps2 era lol. wish i could say i’d be of help with coding but other then happening opon some weird hardware deally that seems to get missed time to time i’m no good about that but i can say this. when i kept up wiht my psp i always followed dax and pspgen, and for ds i’m sure gbatemp will always take the cake, but i have noticed as of late that this is the place for sony atm and if that is your goal i think u are doing hte right thing to acheive that end :)

Is there any new info on a possible jb on the PS3 fw 4.00 and above? Kakaroto seems to have left the scene but gave his work on to other people working in the scene. Do you know of anyone working in the scene on a jb or are you looking, yourself, Wololo?
