great now even longer to wait for exploit for game we paid for

    • alpmaster007

Are you serious I hope the game you bought was
Patched since your not even grateful what wololo
And thecobra and devs told us.

  2. johnv

    @redkain

you bought the game, so now shut up and wait a few days! impatient punk!

  3. Aaron

Hey Redkain. You act like you were promised something…..Stop being an idiot. The file’s that you’re complaining about being late, you actually are getting for free. The devs get nothing for this. Step out of the shallow end of the gene pool troll.

    • redkain

they can get paid for there work but ur to cheap to click the paypal link(u prob would have to borrow 5 from ya mom) or were you to busy swimming in the deep end of the gene pool lil boi

  4. Marcos

    still up in USA……

  5. Rich

I’m relieved that the game is still spreading to everyone who is interested in the VHBL. But, I have a bad feeling about Sony’s decision- why didn’t they pull the game from the PSN store during the supposed maintenance?

I have a suspicion that there would be no point in taking the game out if Sony had other plans for the oncoming days such as the rumoured system update which would patch the new exploit on schedule, increase the sales of an low/average game because of the thousands of VHBL-ers and avoid a lot of angry customers who would have had their money and download taken away without their permission if
    they followed their previous method.

Or… I could be completely wrong and Sony wasn’t paying much attention to Wololo’s blog and other Ps hacking sites.

  6. Gs1Azul

can play doom and kurok with this?

  7. auron

I cant wait for a CFW so we wont have to do it through the game exploit. how long will that take?

  8. vasquez99

@ Rich idk why sony would take it off , I bet that the vita would have more sales than the 3ds and other handles if they just f*** it let them have what they want bc later theyll just hack it again

    • Rich

True. The PS Vita would have more sales if they had let hackers do as they pleased on their new hand held. Although, it wouldn’t be for the correct reasons. The effect of increasing exploits on the web and youtube videos would dampen the interest of game developers because of its predecessor, the psp which was overwhelmingly misused by piracy. Either way, I don’t think its ready yet to entice more gamers to buy their pricey Vita with lacking functionality in psone compatibility, flash, apps, browser and remote play etc compared to the 3DS.

  9. vasquez99

    ment hand helds sorry

  10. Elric03200

Huhh… Sony let us download the game for earning money ha???

  11. vasquez99

    ment hand helds sorry haa

  12. soul

ugggg when the vhbl download going to be up cant wait

  13. Chris Highwind

Sure hope vHBL is released today…my entire week was ruined thanks to the money hoarders called the bank, and this release is just what I need to perk up.

  14. ky0_sama

can’t check most recent comments without posting… :/

  15. lopzmahface :(

    Vhbl please 😀

  16. Richard_Wayne

E files for VHBL won’t be released until Sony removes the game from the PSN store.

    • Chris Highwind

And what if they never remove the game from the store, huh? What then? Is wololo going to anger everyone by never releasing the files for vHBL?

      • Richard_Wayne

Wololo wants as many users as possible to get a chance to get the game. Sony Definetly will remove it! The reason the VHBL files not being released at the moment is because a large influx of crash reports from Vitas could tip Sony off.

      • Z3r01

Actually he doesn’t have to release anything and people shouldn’t really be mad…

  17. lopzmahface :(

If their never releases then we will all be sad pandas 😀

  18. SonySucksBalls

well all i want is to finnaly disable Content Manager from needing internet connection to move music to the ps vita. kinda stupid. i was off off interent for 1 week and i couldn’t install *** on the vita because i had to be connected to the net. wololo any finds on that Content manager hack?

  19. HIMFan

It’s 7:20 PM CST and it’s still up. I hope Wololo does NOT release the VHBL until Sony takes down the game. Otherwise they’ll have reason to take it down sooner.

  20. OMG yes i cant wait til the files are ready for download.
click on link below for some nice homebrews!
    http://icestallion.com/Homebrew-Center.html
my website doesn’t fully work but lemme know what you guys think. Thanks

  21. Ben

Managed to buy and download the game, cant copy it over to the vita without updating it’s firmware though 🙁

  22. Emanon

derp derp, are the vhbl files going to be released from another blog post or the /talk forums? or both? and any idea as to when?

  23. Cameron

I’m sure you hear it a lot, but I would like to thank you Wololo, as well as everybody else working on it, for these exploits. I wasn’t able to get the first two, and my hopes are high. Thanks!

  24. Victory

To my understanding. SONY patched the glitch on the game and put it back up quickly. So what you buy and download might now work with VHBL.

    • rabidweezle

According to some sites, they didn’t patch the files from the last 2 games, they just updated the firmware. What makes you think that sony gets to hold the source code for every psp game?

      • Victory

From what it looks like the game is still up. That is fishy to me. So I think sony patched it and kept it up. Your buying it just to play it.They kept it up so users would keep buying it and make money. We’ll see how it is when Wololo releases VHBL

    • sav

really hope not…..anyone else think so ?

  25. Kosuke

i dont think its gonna go down till tomorrow

  26. Kosuk

i dont think its gonna go down till tomorrow

  27. austin

I can’t wait, i couldn’t sleep last night and its still not released D:

  28. vhbl fans

everybody, wololo does not accept donations, you want to to thank wololo, please click wololo web advertising.

  29. skreama

The uk store is back up and the game is availiable but when I download it to the ps3 to store its showing I have two copies ready to copy over so the new download may be different
I will pull them apart tommorow and see

    • HIMFan

Well Wololo could redownload it and see if his VHBL still works. It wouldn’t cause his any harm if he already has his original copy backed up using OpenCMA. I’d do it, but I obviously don’t have access to the VHBL yet.

  30. HIMFan

How could they patch it? Unless they just have a method now that makes it only read official savegames by running a check of authenticity before loading the save. If that were the case, you know they’d just do it to all of the PSP games, it wouldn’t take THAT long.

    • Victory

Guess we’ll see what happens. They prob have a way of editing the way it saves and reads files to the psp. I’m sure they have some rights to the games.

      • UE

Hah stop throwing random *** around man. If you don’t know facts just shut it.

Sony have distribution rights and rights to IP in some cases, nothing more… Also it is easier for them to patch the way the software hack interacts with the firmware than actually patching the game which would require them to rehire or reappoint coders to recode the game itself (please keep in mind most exploits are because of a way a game interfaces with the system, this doesn’t mean that that interface is suddenly no longer needed and if you look at it from this angle, sony would not even IF it owned the source code, pay money for their programers to fix ONE game.
It just isn’t how patching works on a system wide basis, they patch the firmware to check or close holes (much easier that way usually) and close possabilities of other games using the same exploit again.
Otherwise it just results in far too many many dollars being spent in the wrong area and while I don’t particulararly like sony’s practices in buisness at times they do know how to run a buisness well enough not to make mistakes like that.

As I said, do not spread rumours unless there are facts backing them up… Or even reasonable cause to suspect. It is stupid.

        • Victory

How do you know how SONY works? I’m assuming, I’m not spreading rumors around, you cry baby. The game is up still so I was throwing out an assumption. These “facts” you just posted aren’t facts either.

  31. gutterchrist

Came home from a movie, and turns out I was able to purchase it just fine! still works in Canada fine.

  32. Raghav Chaudhary

    Nice!

  33. whitey_mcguee

I am amazed that it is still up right now. i just got home from work and it it was still there.

  34. mike daher

Lets hope when the playstation network was down they didnt patch the game and all of us bought patched versions… :/

  35. qwikrazor87

Maybe you guys can do a checksum of the game that was downloaded before the maintenance and compare it to the one after the maintenance. The only way to make sure it wasn’t patched until vhbl is released.

  36. Raghav Chaudhary

I’m damn scared I wasted 10 dollars, because Sony might have patched the game D:

  37. dylan

will you please try to make demo exploit save file type thing so that more people can get it (like myself:(.)

    • Richard_Wayne

PSP demos are not supported by Vita 😉

      • jsmith

They are on the UK one. Ape escape demo.

But also, as I’m from the USA, there is a Dissidia demo for 2 dollars – cheapest you’ll get

  38. Richard_Wayne

Afaik Sony does not patch the games they just pull them and then push out a firmware update.

    • Glitcher

You work at sony? NO? how do you know then?

      • fate6

because that is how they have handled it since the PSP era :/

      • UE

That and because sony do not own the source code to games, patching games is inefficient and requires coders they do not have and patching the exploit throgh firmware stops that exploit being used again through different games.

But hey if you are that stupid not to realise this much (and there are more reasons than this) maybe you should just set your head on fire and be done with it because you aren’t perceptive or intelligent enough to get by in life without making yourself a mockery of a thinking human being.

        Good day halfwit.

    • Kain

It funny to always see ur name in everybody ish. Do u like pretending ur wololo
And that u know what ur talking about. Lmao

      • UE

He is right though. that IS what sony does…

Do you like pretending that you have a brain, and can type like a human?

  39. Giovanni

  40. UnknownSoul
