When I was a kid, I played video games, a lot. Now I don’t have enough time to play… I buy lots of games, that I never finish (I must have played Red Dead Redemption for 8 hours, never left the first city).

There’s one exception to this, the one game I could not stop playing until I completed it.

That game was Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 2.

Like most guys my age, my dream as a kid was to become an Archeologist, in order to fight the nazis, obviously, ’cause that’s what archeologists do. At least the cool ones.

Nathan Drake, the hero in the Uncharted series, is the new Indiana Jones (or the new Tomb Raider, depending on your references…). He doesn’t fight nazis, but that doesn’t matter, because he still gets to fight bad guys, chase after ancient treasures, and get the girl. And, more importantly, we can actually be him.

It’s difficult to describe how cool Uncharted2 is, google for it if you don’t know about it… let’s just say that Sony’s really naughty: Uncharted 3 is the game that’s going to make me update my PS3 (which is still running on firmware 3.50 for now…).
