    @Wololo
I think that it will be better than in the “vote page” each hombrew could have a link to the hombrew description and download page.

So if a user is interested in a hombrew he will only click in the hombrew.

Same for me : have not found any website with a special page with all homebrews on it with link to DL and vote…
Always needed to look at forums, searching, etc…

if he’s playing an iso then its not the patch… idiot! if its the patch then you wouldn’t have anything to start playing with, would you?

    sheeeeeeeesh!

  6. parkerfly says:

exactly… if you can access recovery then its not bricked, is it?

  7. parkerfly says:

stop scaring people… if you bricked your psp because of your own hack… dont go looking for a escapegoat. btw if you negate a negative then its a positive… idiot ***? hahaha then i would be thinking right.

  8. Chcogow says:

sad for your psp… may it rest in peace-es… haha.. that is funny….

anyway, i hope you dont mind if i tell you what went wrong… if you do mind, i’d say it anyway so that others will know what to do next time.

for your cfw, doesn’t matter what type, if you have a bad copy, something will go wrong. some say the cause was where you got it but that is not necessarily the case. bad blocks in your drive, intermittent connection, virus infected file may cause this. if you could have tried to download a fresh cfw copy, from other clean pc is advisable. same goes with the permanent patch.

for cfw that writes to flash, replacing with a fresh copy will overwrite the bad copy in flash.

since you’re using tn-hen, it doesn’t write to flash therefore the culprit was the permanent patch. permanent patch has a testing section before fully installing to see if it is compatible. never skip testing. if your psp is compatible then the only reason would be a bad copy. removing would be the next step.

permanent patch replaces the orig vsh.prx with a patched vsh.prx , now removing the patch does not automatically returns the orig vsh.prx… thats why we are asked to save the orig vsh.prx in case we want to remove the patch. to remove the patch you have to access flash replace vsh.prx with original. then you remove the patch.

all these are based on my personal experiences but i am open for correction, easier or proper procedure.

look on the bright side, you have a reason to buy a psp vita.

but if you’re open for suggestion. the next big thing is a android gingerbread 2.3 mobile at least 1ghz cpu adreno gpu 512mb ram. so easily hacked and modified. remember playstation suite is coming soon.

i’m using a HTC EVO 4g android gingerbread cyanogenmod. got it really cheap cause its cdma and i cant use the phone features but everything else works. got playstation emulator. really cool.

other choices are lg optimus p500 with gingerbread cyanogenmod overclocked to 800mhz. good performer really cheap brand new.

    samsung galaxy series, htc series

and of course the xperia play kinda expensive.

next time you think of throwing your gadget, go ahead, throw it in a box, and send it to me.

waiting for playstation suite…. rumored to have resident evil in its games list on its debut release.

you know what just disregard that fix about removing the permanent patch. just ask its author the proper way to remove the patch. sorry, i remembered that i replace the vsh.prx with an original but i also have a copy in the MC so now i dont really know which worked with which… really sorry..
