So far it handles 250 So you win by a long shot : ).

Supposedly There will be DLC as spoil’t by one of the achievements named for a non included Card/deck.

We win by far… While I was waiting for WotC and MS to get their act togather I was playing wagic…

Playing it right now, no too bad but it feels like a dumb down version of magic online. Mind you that it’s only 800 points and it has a handfull of decks, it’s nothing like Wagic. It would have been nice to see a port of magic online on Xbox live, I mean think of all the money they could make!

I also agree that it could be done on the PSP but if they did, would people still care about Wagic?! Well, I guess they would because it’s free and so many cards! I think that Wagic can become much more than Duels of the Planeswalkers but it’s still a long road.

Thanks Wololo, you’re still the best IMHO 😉

DotP is ***! Very very disappointing! Maybe exciting for newbies, but not for long… . I hate the cheap looking leaves in the jungle arena. Bah! What a ***… .

SONY never buy some from M$. and M$ never sell to SONY. maybe WotC sell license to all platforms? it have use for WotC if its a client port for XBOX of magic online. else M$ grab money from MO.

usable to steal ideas for UI. cut of frame borders = same resolution.

for psp go. as GO! mobile client MO sounds not bad.

Not nearly enough. Thats how much.

Since you asked, yes. I see something preventing it from going to the PSP.
The AI is, actually, pretty good. It’s challenging and plays its (custom-tailored) decks very well. And the AI runs on a separate core from the main game, as to not slow it down.
But I’ve still seen slow down. I was playing a 2v2 match with a friend and he had at least five cards in his hand that were playable, and the effect caused considerable speed damage.
Perhaps taking out all effects and dumbing down the graphics a ton would allow the AI to run on the same core, but the PSP just isn’t quite as powerful for a straight port. I’m sure M:TG possible, we do have Wagic after all.

the thing is that game is aimed at casual players, hence the lower card support then magic online and higher graphical representation. Its still good AI wise, but its aimed more for a fun party game that you can grab out of the box( shown by the new cards getting unlocked by defeating “bosses”)
still I think wagic has one notch up from it just by the sheer size of the card collection if we could just implement PSP to PSP duels, which would make a very interesting multiplayer match.
